dear friends,

about 2 weeks ago, i had a cat-scan and just got the results about 2 days ago.

the short, sweet and condensed version is: the cancer continues to to spread.

i have spoken to betsy and reached a conclusion of no more chemos or radiation. i want to keep morphine for the pain and insulin for the diabetes.

i asked my oncologist, dr salim osta, when can a patient say enough, he said any time. my body's tired, it's been ravaged and savaged for longer than i care to remember.

there is also quantity versus quality of life. i rather live a shorter time but in better health than longer but all drugged up.

thanks for praying for me. thanks for ministering to me in so many ways.

i believe that my father, josé estrada and my brother, also josé and his wife maría, are coming down from lawrence, MA. often people visit one another when it is too late. i want to be aware of them, i want to see them now, before it is too late

if any of you want to come over, come on down. we've got the space.
